Pro Bono Work

Casalier Chambers will always consider assisting those who are less able to fund litigation where there is a clear public interest in the case being heard.

Members of Chambers have acted in a wide variety of pro bono matters through a number of organisations and are also prepared to consider individual requests on their merits.

Fees and Administration

Fees

The fees at Casalier Chambers are structured around our hourly rates.  Examples of which appear below:

Any travel involved will be charged out at cost.

Alternatively, Fixed Fees can be arranged by contacting our Chambers Manager prior to the commencement of work.

Legal Services are undertaken in accordance with The Bar Council Standard Terms of Work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Arbitration, Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services are provided by Casalier Limited in accordance with our standard Terms and Conditions set out in the Retainer Agreement.

 

Credit/Debit Cards

Casalier Chambers are pleased to accept credit/debit card payments at no extra charge including VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Delta, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, SOLO and JCB.

 

Administration

The administration team and Chambers Manager are pleased to act as your first point of contact for any questions or enquiries.

Chambers is fully computerised and work can be accepted in any digital format.
