Practice Areas

Practice encompasses all commercial areas in which chambers specialise including commercial contracts, personal and corporate insolvency, insurance, national and international trade, company, employment and equine law.

Experience

During the first three years of practice in Lamb Chambers wide ranging litigation experience was gained within the  Commercial, Property and Personal Injury groups.  During 1999 worked on secondment from chambers for the leading Asian law firm of Allen & Gledhill in Singapore, obtaining experience of large scale commercial litigation in numerous insolvency, corporate, banking and commercial cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal in Singapore as well as international commercial arbitrations in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Since the return to Lamb Chambers in 2000 practice has concentrated on all aspects of commercial work including appearances in The Court of Appeal, The Employment Appeal Tribunal, The Queen’s Bench and Chancery Division of the High Court, The Companies Court, The Technology and Construction Court and a wide range of County Courts and Employment Tribunals. Currently practices primarily from Casalier Chambers combining a lifelong love of the countryside with a busy commercial practice that includes a wide variety of equestrian and rural cases.
